Nokia 2600 Classic
Do you need a lowcost phone from Nokia? You can choose Nokia 2600 classic. It was announced in January 2009 and it is a pretty good phone for it’s price (around 80$), it has a very elegant design and it comes with 2 different cases.
It has a VGA camera, it can play MP3 files but it has no music player or card slot. The absence of the card slot is a major defect.
